Is this free?
Yes. You never pay anything, and there is nothing to deposit.
Do I need to give you my wallet address?
No. Your payout goes to your FaucetPay account, found by the email you signed in with.
Do I need one account per site?
No, and you should not make them. One account works on every site in the network. Multiple accounts per person are the fastest way to lose the balance on all of them.
Can I use a VPN?
You can, but not to run several accounts from one place. The network looks at devices and addresses, and accounts that look like one person are treated as one person.
Can I claim on two accounts?
No. One account per person. Accounts that share a device or an address can be closed, taking the balance with them.
Is there a mobile app?
No. Every site works in a phone browser, and that is deliberate: fewer things to install, fewer things to go wrong.
Do I have to look at ads to claim?
No. Advertising on the reading site funds those rewards, but there is nothing to click and no ad to watch before a claim. If a claim is refused, it is a limit, not an advert.
Does claiming on another site in the network help?
Your energy is shared across the network, so claiming in more places does not create more claims — but the reading site earns coins and XP without spending energy, which is the useful combination.
The button says I cannot claim yet
Read the line under it. It tells you which limit is in the way: a cooldown with time remaining, no energy, or the daily cap. Each one clears on its own.
Why was my claim refused?
Usually one of the three limits above, and the page tells you which. Repeated refusals from a script are a different matter — those accounts get closed.
Why did I get less than last time?
The reward is drawn from a range — 40.00 coins to 80.00 coins — so it varies by design. Your history shows every amount, so you can see the spread.
Do I have to keep the advertiser's page in front?
No, the page being open is what counts. Leaving it in a tab and reading something else is fine, as long as you come back to claim before the visit expires.
It says I did not stay long enough
It also tells you how many seconds it saw. Start it again and finish the timer with the page open. On a slow connection, give the page a moment to load before you start the timer.
Can I run several pages at once?
One at a time. Two at once means neither is really being read, and the site counts one visit per account at a time.
Where did a page go?
Some advertisers run for a set number of views and then stop. When a page reaches its budget it leaves the list — you did nothing wrong, and it can reappear later.
Why is my reward smaller than usual?
Rewards are set per page, so they differ between them and can be changed by the advertiser. The list always shows what a page pays before you start it.
Is my daily limit shared between the sites?
No. The faucet has its own daily claim cap, and the reading site has its own, of 200 pages a day. They do not eat into each other.
Is there a cooldown between pages?
A very short one, 5 seconds, so the list cannot be clicked through instantly. It is barely noticeable in normal use.
My payout has not arrived
Check that the balance left your account and the payout shows as sent. If it does and your FaucetPay does not show it, the issue is on that side — send us the payout reference from your account page and we will chase it.
